Abstract: Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of pipeline wear, the quantitative research on the wear of slurry on the pipe wall is carried out by designing a roller device. The results show that when the solid content of slurry is kept at 80 % and the rotating speed of drum is 1. 5m / s, the abrasion of the roller wall caused by tailings is relatively serious than that of sand. When 50 % of solid phase mass is changed from sand to tailings, the class I wear rate will increase by 17 % and the class Ⅱ wear rate will increase by 15.7 %. The class I wear rate of the slurry made of tailings is 11.1 % higher than that of the slurry made of sand, and the class Ⅱ wear rate of the slurry made of sand is 7 % higher than that of the slurry made of sand. Using tap water to make slurry, the class I wear rate of roller wall is 2.4 % higher than that of mine water, and the class Ⅱ wear rate of roller wall is 4.5 % higher than that of mine water. The results show that there is no obvious difference in the wear of pipe wall between the filling slurry made of mine water and tap water.
